I am handicapped and can not walk that far. This is the second time I have booked this property only to find out there was no shuttle available again. I think I’ve learned my lesson!"

"The rooms were not cleaned well. Things were dusty. The bedding was also not changed. Lots of hair from whoever stayed previously. I had to ask for clean sheets, but when asked if I declined room service & had to tell them I just checked in I was only given a clean flat sheet."
