I am extremely disappointed with the lack of flexibility and customer care at this hotel. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to check out just a few hours after checking in. Despite informing the hotel promptly and not utilizing the room for the night, they refused to offer even a partial refund, citing rigid policies without any consideration for the circumstances. To make matters worse, they also charged me for breakfast, which I never had, as I checked out the same day. When I asked for an explanation, I was met with the same rigid response — no refund for unused services, no willingness to accommodate or show empathy. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but a bit of compassion and flexibility can go a long way in building goodwill with guests. Unfortunately, this hotel seems more focused on sticking to rules than providing genuine customer service. I certainly won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Detta är inget Boutique Hotell förutom till namnet. Ett sunkhotell med reception fyra våningar upp i ett bostadshus. För att ta sig in efter kl 20:00 behövs tre koder och helhetsintrycket är otryggt. Man får det man betalar för helt enkelt.

Frukosten var riktigt god och trevlig | Sängarna var något hårda, och den kudden som fanns var inte optimal. Nästa gång tar jag med egen extra kudde | Mysiga rum och smart tv på rummen!

Vi kom efter receptionens stängning, men det var inga problem. Koder och nycklar fanns på plats och skickades på sms. Bra och uppmärksam service vid frukosten. Lite krångel med hissen, men det hjälpte personalen med.

Så bra!

Ett hotell och hostel beläget högst upp i huset mitt i stan. Jag valde ett hotellrum och är supernöjd! Mysigt rum med normalstort badrum. Soffa, bord och en liten arbetsdel på rummet. Köpte till frukost som jag var nöjd med. Parkering finns parkeringshuset bara några meter bort. Nästa gång jag åker till Karlstad så väljer jag detta hotell igen!

Enkelt att checka in även efter receptionen stängningstid med hjälp av koder per sms. Familjär miljö, god frukost och tillgång till gästkök. Parkeringshus alldeles intill hotellet. Mycket trevligt budgetalternativ till de större hotellen!

Veldig ålreit sted å bo. Sentralt og veldig hyggelig personale. Funker greit. Ikke sånn super hotell følelse over det hele pga hotellet ligger i øverste etasje over andre siviles leiligheter. Men funker bra dersom man vil sove et ålreit sted uten så mye andre hotellforventninger. Veldig god seng. Badet vi hadde var veldig lite men det funket fint. Superhyggelig og imøtekommende resepsjonist.
