Not bad...not great..

Not a real 5 star but that is pretty common in Europe. Food was not good. It was clean and the staff was nice but they were overwhelmed. It is just kindof a fail resort.

Up on the hill it’s hard to walk into hotel. Shower is only handy cap style and isn’t to good technical condition. No normal ventilation in bathroom.

Das Hotel war viel zu unruhig. Außerdem wurde bei der Buchung Nicht auf das riesige Kinder Aufgebot hingewiesen!!! Frühstück fand, gleichgesetzt , in einer Bahnhofshalle statt. Bad war schlecht ausgestattet. Keine Duschhaube usw. ich werde so schnell nicht wieder über ihr Portal buchen. Die note5 ist gerade gut genug.

Uns hat alles rund um sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber (bis auf drei Haare vom vorigen Hotelgast). Das Ambiente war top. Man hat sich die ganze Zeit super wohl gefühlt. Die Gegen ist super zum Wandern. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder.

Prawie na 5*

Hotel nowy, czysty i zadbany, pokoje, łazienki nowe, wysokiej klasy kosmetyki, bardzo smaczne śniadania, strefa basenowa przyjazna, ale bardzo głośna. Strefa SPA to miejsce gdzie dało się odpocząć od zgiełku basenowych zabaw. Super drinki w lobby barze, świetna obsługa. Sympatyczna restauracja włoska z dobrą pizzą i super obsługą. Ciekawe animacje dla dzieci, mimo iż nie skorzystaliśmy, czego bardzo żałujemy polecamy wycieczki w góry z Barrym i jego Panem. Na minus: - zbyt mała ilość stolików na śniadaniu w stosunku do ilości gości, brak obsługi wskazującej miejsce/stolik gdzie można usiąść - walka o stoliki - brak potraw przygotowywanych na bieżąco przez kucharzy (jajecznica, omlety, jajka sadzone - okropna kawa, najgorsza jaką piliśmy w życiu - brak soków (rozpuszczane z koncentratu bardzo słabe) brak soków świeżo wyciskanych - zbyt mała ilość ręczników w stosunku do ilości gości na strefie basenowej, Ogólnie kilka rzeczy do poprawy i powinno być na 5*

The hotel has a great breakfast and clean rooms But the best thing about the hotel was a guided hike to the mountain offered by the hotel with an amazing guide named Maro and his cute dog Highly recommend

Pobyt ok, ale ...

Hotel przyjemny. Blisko szlaków górskich. Na terenie hotelu dużo opcji do rozrywki. Pokoje czyste, aczkolwiek nie wiadomo jaki ma zakres bieżąca obsługa czyszcząca, gdyż np. zostawiła czyste naczynia, ale nie zabrała/umyła wszystkich brudnych naczyń, worek ze śmieciami zamiast zostać zabrany, pozostał zawiązany w koszu. Śniadania mało urozmaicone - bardzo dużo pieczywa w stosunku do reszty. Możliwe że to wszystko związane jest z restrykcjami COVIDowymi. Recepcja oddzielona plexi, a obsługa ma maseczki, przez co mocno trzeba się nakrzyczeć aby porozumieć się z obsługą. Ogólnie pobyt się udał, ale te 5* obecnie to trochę nadwyrost, bo jakość obsługi spadła (oby to tylko przez COVID).

Das Zimmer,Hotel war OK.Das Frühstuck eine Katastrophe Höchstens 3 Sterne Niveau.Der Frühstückraum viel zu klein für die Anzahl von Gästen.,den die Appartmentbewohner frühstücken mit Hotelgästen Zusammen.Eine Stunde vor Frühstückende fehlen schon viele Lebensmitteln und werden nicht mehr aufgefühllt und das restliche Büffet sieht wie ein Schlachtfeld aus.Viele Gäste kommen zum Abendessen In Unterhemden gekleidet und Flip-flops-2 Sterne
