"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

Negatives - poor accommodation in building 5. Poorly furnished apartment, cold in the room - lukewarm radiators, cold floor with no possibility to warm up. The main problem of the stay - the announced lobby bar was permanently closed. Restaurant closed at 10 p.m. and so after 10 p.m. the whole hotel was...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."
