Our 1 week stay at Kathmandu Suite Home was wonderful. Everyone was pleasant and went out of their way to take care of us. The daily breakfast had a variety of selections to please any appetite with dishes that were more local to dishes that would be familiar to folks from North America. They have a very nice espresso machine and the staff prepared lattes, cappuccinos, and other espresso based drinks for breakfast. We had a room with a balcony, with a view of the "Monkey Temple" in the distance. We were always supplied with plenty of bottled water. and the daily room service kept the room spotless. The tour desk was outstanding and provided ample ideas for cultural tours of many Temples and Stupas. Arjune, our driver, was amazing in navigating the Kathmandu traffic. We also had a tour guide for 2 days. Both Arjune and our tour guide explained the Temples and culture in great detail. We made stops at local restaurants for traditional Nepalese meals and also for some Khuwa high in the hills above Kathmandu. The hotel is a very short walk from the Thamel district, but negotiating the intense Kathmandu traffic while walking is something that requires your full attention as we found few sidewalks and had to walk in the street, Not something you'd be doing in a larger American city, but quite normal in Kathmandu. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend the Kathmandu Suites Hotel. It was not only comfortable but also made me feel like a VIP. The hotel management team was warm, attentive, and helpful, fulfilling all my requests. Their driver picked me up from the airport, which is especially helpful for first-time visitors. The hotel's complimentary breakfast was also quite good; I even saw a person paying for breakfast, even though he wasn’t a guest there. The rooms were well-equipped and larger than those I've stayed in Japan and Korea. The location was also excellent, a five-minute walk to a vibrant and unique shopping district and a twenty-minute walk to the famous Kathmandu Durbar Square.

This is my favourite Hotel in Kathmandu. Their hospitality and staffs are excellent. House keeping does an excellent job they deserve a raise for their professional work. Room service and house keeping help you like they are your family. Very much happy with their services and will definitely stay in this hotel in future as well.

disappointed stay

The staff are friendly and helpful. however, there was a really big cockroach in my room and i killed it myself, wait quite a time for the staff from hotel to pick up the body. i paid expensive price and just stay for few hours, and still i experience this, i sent messgage to them to tell my disappointment but they never reply, which was really upset.. i do have a photo of the big cockroach but i do not want to show it here to scare people.

房間很乾淨，老闆好客熱情，雖在巷內但能遠離喧囂且離thamel鬧區很近，提供早餐，步行約五分鐘便能到購物區，附近換匯方便匯率也不錯，thamel住宿好選擇

The in room coffee was terrible, had to wait until 630 for the lobby coffee but the lobby coffee was awesome. Yes I am all about the coffee

Really good hotel in a quiet street (although it's still a bit loud at night because of the stray dogs), decent breakfast. The area nearby has plenty of good restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff as well.

インターネット速度、水回り、スタッフのサービスなどは変わらず良かったが、室内に蟻が出るようになっていたのが残念。 それでも料金を考えると、コスパの良いホテルだと思う。

The restaurant on site is good. Check-in and check-out was very easy. While the location is in Thamel, it is not very convenient to restaurants. They are about a 10 - 15 minute walk away.

Everthing is good here. But kinda dusty outside the hotel when you go out. Due to constuction next door and along the roads. Small roads will get conjested during peak period timing. Improvement on roads outside would be good in the future. All in all, i had a plesant & enjoyable time here.

Lo mejor: -La ubicación en Thamel aunque en una esquina, en una bocacalle de Packnajol. -El hotel es bastante nuevo y moderno. -Personal amable. -Tienen servicio de transfer al aeropuerto (10 dolares por trayecto, más caro que el taxi pero más comodo). -Habitaciones grandes, con vistas al monkey temple y tienen ascensor. Lo peor: -El encargado del hotel intenta colocarte sus excursiones. Comentarios: -El desayuno es algo justo, pero es Asia. -La calle donde está el hotel es de tierra. Pero en Kathmandu eso pasa a menudo. -Wifi gratis
