“An absolutely beautiful weekend was spent relaxing at this incredible resort. Between the sound of the waterfall from our cabin to the luscious rainforest surrounding it, you breathe a sigh of relief as soon as you enter. Lisa in reception may be the friendliest receptionist I have ever encountered with a gorgeous twinkle in her eye - she is genuinely happy to see you. We could not have asked for a better experience and cannot wait to come back! ”

“Unit was very good. Perfectly clean and as described. Wifi details in folder did not match - modem had clearly been updated. Pool and complex facilities well maintained. Check in instructions pretty poor. Much more detail could be given to make the process easier, particularly around accessing gated areas, parking and locating the unit. ”
