โVery nice staying for business. Room was very comfortable, staff was nice and there was a good breakfast (I've also appreciated that is not exaggerated like many other hotels). Strategic position close to 3 main lines of Shanghai Subway.โ

The room wasnโt ready and the reception told me that they are not sure if the room will be ready even an hour later. We had another schedule so we had to clean up at the public restroom and leave the hotel to go our next appointment.
Didnโt get any official apologies or a sorry note or anything. They donโt have anything to say about this situation except the room is not ready and they are not sure when the room will be ready. โ
