“Place is lols but smelly and with a very poor bedding set. We were cold at night ”

“Unfortunately there’s really nowhere to walk. The street is too narrow to walk into the village and there’s no beach access. But the property has stunning views and the cabins are cozy and fully appointed. As long as you don’t mind driving half a mile to town or to other areas, the stay itself is very nice and comfortable.”

“We are not totally happy with the motel. 1. During check in they charge $20 each for additional person on top of the rate be paid. She discounted half of it which suppose to be $80 down to 40.00 ! Looks like this hidden charges 2. When we got into the room, it smelled bad like a typical old moldy house that never been cleaned and sanitized so they did ozolate? to get rid of the smell. 3. The towels are not sanitized and looks like a rug than bath towels ( see pictures) 4. The bathroom was...

“No pool no breakfast. Deadbolt in room did not work. asked for clean sheets and an extra blanket didn't get them while we were out the hole day. Had to go back and ask again. Shower had poor water pressure. Wasn't worried about the pool since we were there for the beach. But both pool and breakfast were advertised win I booked the room”

“Many thoughtful details at this boutique hotel like cookies, tea and coffee in the lobby. Simple home cooked breakfasts brought to your door in the mornings. The room we had was very comfortable and clean, the fire place was a really nice touch on cold evenings. Our room had a peek of ocean view from the seating area but otherwise the property is more nestled in the woods. There is no real “farm” to speak of other than a big flock of chickens. Lovey spot, worth coming back for sure.”

“Shower was half not full in our room. The hotel is at the side of the hwy 1 so you can hear loud motocycles or loud trucks. Pros :The beach is not to far and other Nice beaches are closed by to walk or take pictures with nice views and restaurants are near to the hotel .”

“Two level accommodations with upstairs bedroom and full living room/kitchen on the main level. Very nice with great view. Fireplace was only source of heat. If you are planning to use the futon (uncomfortable) the fireplace going on and off can make it difficult to sleep. Walls are not sound proof and can hear loud neighbors and cars.”

“The Tree View room that we were put in was very basic. No artwork or decor to make it cozy or aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom mirror is extremely small and hung very low- I couldn't see my face without bending over. There is also no counter space in the bathroom to put your toiletries. With that said, it was clean and the bedding was soft. The price was decent for the close proximity to Mendocino.”

“We stayed here for a stop on our 2 week California Coast road trip. It was our favorite stay of the trip. Clean, updated, comfortable. Beautiful setting! The hotel host Alyssa was friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome! Breakfast was nice with fresh bakery goods, fruit, oatmeal, granola, etc. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend!”

“The front staff was very friendly. They explained that the hotel rooms did not have air-conditioning and that a fan was available for our use. The hot tub and pool were very well kept and clean. The beds were a little bit soft for our taste, but the pillows were great. It was a great one night stay in Fort Bragg.”
