Very friendly and helpful people at the front desk who were more than willing to accommodate our requests for extra coffee, towels etc. Property consists of a group of buildings each with 2-3 rooms; looks like most of the rooms have been recently renovated to high standards. We enjoyed every moment: breakfast delivered in a basket, walking to the beach through the trail, feeding the chicken in the morning, saying hi to Lamas while sipping warm tea and delicious dinner at Terra Kitchen. โLovely property with a yard filled with flowers and a view of the water from the front. Quiet and peaceful. Staff was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of with our late arrival. Breakfast brought to the room was delicious! Comfy beds, great shower, clean, and we appreciated the sitting area and table for breakfast. We will definitely stay again. โ

โWhat a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here.โ
โBest price for the area that I found when I went. Convenient to find. With walking distance of a Safeway for shopping. Relatively clean and very comfortable. Had a microwave and fridge, which helped with my meal planning for road trip. Front desk personnel were polite and easy. Would recommend. โ
