“My only criticisms are (1) Breakfast was limited to yogurt and make-your-own waffles, bread, orange juice and coffee, so no egg or meat options. (2) At 9:30am, so an hour and a half before my 11am checkout time, there was a knock on the door and the door was quickly opened by a man asking if I needed anything before checking out. I felt it was invasive, plus the guy was unapologetic.”

“The hotel was easy to find, had lots of parking, was in a safe neighborhood, and was not too far from shops and restaurants. I was only here for one night (last minute trip to Lake Havasu). The room I stayed in was clean and spacious. There was a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, & tv, and they were all clean. The beds were clean (no bugs or questionable stains). “The budget inn is not luxurious by any means, but I have stayed here multiple times. It is perfectly fine to meet my needs. I've never had any problems with safety, and the guy who runs the place is very nice. He even helped me change a tire on my boat trailer once. I definitely recommend this place”

“We had a great room looking at the lake, the buffet breakfast was good, pool was big, but not enough lounge chairs. Only issues were no one came to clean the room so trashes got full, we weren’t given extra toilet paper so we ran out of the one, and once home my cousin noticed they charged her card wrong. Could have been better, but we enjoyed ourselves, and the staff were nice, just seemed over worked. ”
