โStaff we felt with was great night staff sorry didnโt catch her name but was great towel option was few had to switch out lining but she gave us clean one no hesitation but enjoyed our time people didnโt complain as all the teens were out past 2am staff either fridge worked microwaves as well parking is spaces pool was not cleaned and unable to use in which I did call ahead and a lady told me they were working on it got there no such thing had been done so was some bad mainly great would do...
โWi-Fi was good, room cleanness, food options good, the only bad thing this time around was the elevators were not working and there was a very long line to get into the only one elevator that was working. Thank fully there was securities that took us through the staff elevators the whole time we were there, my kids were saying we were are VIP!!โ
โOur stay was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Our only complaint was the restaurant seemed a little unstaffed for a holiday weekend. The food was good but we waited for over a hour for our order and the waitresses blamed large parties when there werenโt any. So Iโm thinking the hold up was the kitchen is understaffed. โ
