Oct 14, 2018The penguins and the shark tunnel are very interesting. We paid extra for the Penguin Experience to go into the enclosure with a keeper and get up close with the penguins. It was a terrific experience; however, it is advertised that photos of you with the penguins are included and in fact a young woman did take many photos, but we never received them and customer service at the aquarium said they couldn't help us. My memories are great but I would have liked the photos.
