"The room is clean and washing machine inside the room is convenient. There are basic utensils if you want to cook. There’s a lounge/dining area if you want to rest outside your room but lacking hot water facility. I have to boil water using the kettle from the room and bring it down so that our relative who came over to visit can have some tea. There’s a small coffee counter ( I would not even call it a shop) but does not serve with milk, you have to pay. Overall, convenient place, slightly up the hill and close enough to Shibuya crossing (around 700m downhill). "

"This is our third visit to Tokyo and this was the best choice for hotel stay. The room is much more spacious, laundry in the room was a big plus. Easy transportation to bus and subways. Friendly and helpful staff and freshly ground coffee and espresso machine 24/7. Definitely would stay here again!"

"Nothing wrong with the property at all, it was just that i had tattoos and couldn't use the public hot baths or spa which is no one's fault. I knew coming in that having tattoos would be hard to find onsens and massages, so it wasn't too surprising. Great people and culture"

"I loved it. The staff was great .Most things was within walking distance, specially Red Warehouse, Queens Square, World Porter among many others. The hotel had 2 convenient stores located on the 4th floor and a currency exchange machine. I have already booked another reservation there."
