The room was clean, breakfast had many good options, and the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is outdated, has wall paper that’s peeling away from the walls, carpet that’s stained, and the windows are difficult to see through due to so much build up on them.

I always stay at the Red Lion in Kennewick...this time I was in a room for the first time and not quite happy with it. It is called an accessible room but does not have a walk in shower and the toilet is extremely low...I don't call that accessible. I have bad knees so the very low toilet was not good. Also because of my knees and a back problem the shower in a tub was not good for me either...all in all, I would not call this room and don't think it fair for them to advertise it that way!!! Other than those problems, the Red Lion is very clean and the staff is very good and friendly. I will continue to stay here but will make sure I get a room with a walk in shower in future!

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The hotel could really use a refresh from the sad paint on the exterior, to the musty smell inside, and the worn out, tired decor. It is in a convenient location and I guess the price is right, but the smell is what was hardest to take. Other guests in the hall concurred that it wasn't just my room - it was the hotel. Some said their toilets didn't even flush properly.
