"We booked our room though hotels.com. Because we didn’t go directly from hotel they said they weren’t willing to do anything to help us. We had no internet service. They said it was only working on 1st floor and we were on the 3rd. Would not move us to another room. When ask to speak to manager told me that she’s off and I could have her email but she wouldn’t do anything because I didn’t pay the hotel any money directly. The breakfast that was provided was terrible and the beds were like a rock. I have been going to Fredericksburg for many years and this was the worst stay I have ever had."
