Rather disappointed with the Oxford. Although it was in the perfect location for proximity to downtown sporting events and areas, I'd hoped it would stand out a bit more. The hotel's bar closed early. The restaurant wasn't open for breakfast and they had a teeny tiny continental breakfast not worth writing home about. The front desk personnel seemed bored and lacking any personaltiy. The only bright spot was the Doormen who were full of character and pleasantries. The room was nice, bedding high quality, but there was no inroom safe. I had to ask for one and by then it was no longer needed.
All in all, great location and unique historical value but lacked much of anything else.

Okay Hotel, with a self-serve atmosphere. Average hotel layout and rooms, bed not comfortable. Shower semi clean and same for the rest of the bathroom. Seems like the hotel is geared towards long stay contractor folks.
