"Clean"

"Hyatt is always exceptional everywhere I have stayed with them. They are one of my hotels of choice. Clean rooms, restaurant on site, EXCELLENT FREE BREAKFAST! I stay for that reason as much as the others. The breakfast is huge. Eggs bacon sausage pancakes cereal yogurt pastries bagels etc etc. so many options. I felt a little bad for front desk staff they seemed to be working the restaurant/ bar as well as the front desk. So maybe they are just short staffed. But they were very helpful and had a great disposition! Thank you Hyatt for another great stay "

"Good for the basic over night sleep "

"Delicious and plenty breakfast food. Fresh food and also the juice tastes freshly squeezed. Big room, TV with full service, neat bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Right next to the Pena station that connects easily with the airport and downtown Denver. Excellent location. "

"Convenient location to the convention center."

"5 stars for everything except the bathroom. The lighting is HORRIBLE. There is no regular shower head. The default shower head is a rainfall shower head. You have to reach through the water to adjust the temp/turn on and off so it is impossible not to get your hair wet. If you want to use the handheld attachment instead, the water sprays through a gap in the shower door and water covers the bathroom floor. It's an extremely poor design."

"First and foremost, this was the BEST hotel I have EVER STAYED IN!! With the exception of the Brown Palace here are the positives >Absolutely CLEAN- everywhere! >Breakfast- so darn good everyday! >Kitchen Staff- accommodating! >Front staff-ALWAYS kind and helpful! >Cleaning staff very detailed oriented! Room: >SUPER clean!! > King Suite w/pull out bed + mini kitchen: mini 2-burner stove, pans, utensils, can opener, hot pads, full table settings, drinking glasses, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, soap + paper towels. >Beds very comfortable! >Linens were clean and comfortable. Bathroom: >Shower only but you could fit 3 ppl. > Very clean! >Best part TWO T.V.’s AMAZING our son could watch in his area + we could watch something else. >The room had a division as well so our room area was sectioned off. Swimming pool/hot tub >Clean >Pool warm >Hot tub very warm >Plenty of towels @ all times Weight room >Clean equipment, all working + up-to date >T.V.’s throughout Washing machine + Dryers all but one dryer was working + appropriately priced, worked very well! WiFi was wonderful!! Valet: All were so kind but, there were two that went above and beyond so a big shout out to Jaden + Shania- thank you e we appreciate you so much! NEGATIVES: The only negative that I can even think of was parking. Cost was $60 per night when across the street it was $36. Next time we’ll park across the street! Great job management we will absolutely stay again!!! "
