My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Sally and Chris were great hosts, and we came back telling our friends and family how nice of a time we had, and how highly we recommend going. Loved the shower, the spa, and the dining area were particular highlights.

This was mine and my significant others first time at a bed-and-breakfast and I have to say it did not disappoint. First thing that really stood out is how nice and caring the owners are and also how responsive they are. We loved hearing their stories about starting the bed-and-breakfast and their family. The second thing is the house and surrounding area is very beautiful. It brings a very calm vibe which serves a great relaxing weekend. The third thing the spa was absolutely amazing and definitely needed. Out overall experience was amazing. Plus it was nice to talk to the other couples and hang out.

Our Serene stay at Hidden Serenity

Sally and husband Chris were absolutely fantastic hosts for our two night stay celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary. My wife has dairy allergy, and Sally was very accommodating in meeting her needs during their delicious breakfasts - fantastically gourmet! (Who has 'dessert' at breakfast! - YAAA) The room was very uniquely designed and coordinated. Decor was very unusual but very appropriate for the lovely forests in their area of Wisconsin. Walking path - up to a mile plus - had been cleared and carefully marked. We were able to find out local 'things to do' that the average traveler would be unaware. Everything about Hidden Serenity is superb.

A in every possible way. Heaven on earth. The most gracious, caring and classy hosts imaginable with an eye for detail, perfection and service we have simply never experienced before, even at the Four Seasons or Ritz Cartons around the world. Sally and Chris made us feel like 30-year friends within 10 minutes and it only got better and warmer throughout our stay. Impeccable accommodations. Unparalleled, 3-course, gourmet breakfasts overlooking the WI forest. Love abounds in their home and holds you tight. A must-stay between Chicago and Green Bay.

Great weekend!

Had a wonderful weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Chris and Sally provided a beautiful space, arranged massages on site and gave us an awesome breakfast. Lots of options for activities near by and on site. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I love this place. It lives up to its name and is a great home away from home type get away. I will always go here when my girlfriend and i need a break from the world. The staff always show hispitslity and are willing to do anything to make your stay the best it can be.

Beautiful property, just expect to be treated inferior if you book cheapest room

We booked the least expensive room for two nights. First night: went fine, we were told that they only had one thermostat for entire house so they could not accommodate individual needs. They were fully booked and the temperature was perfect. Food and room were great. (Other than my foot going through a rotted board on the outside deck!) Second night: this is where we felt inferior - when we returned around 7:30 pm we were playing pool on the second floor and sweating. When I asked the host if it was warmer, I was told the lady who rented the room (on the first floor - we were staying on the second floor) was cold so the host turned up the air conditioning (there were only two rooms booked that night)! I suggested that maybe she would be more comfortable on the second floor and was told, no they couldn't do that she booked the entire week. The host told me she would turn it down 1 degree and I could go into another room and get a fan if I was warm and make sure not to touch anything because the room was set up! So I got little sleep that night due to room being too warm, even with fan. It was unusually warm for WI for June - in the 90's! Plus breakfast was scheduled to accommodate the other person at 7:30, the first morning we had the option of 8 or 8:45 I have stayed at several other bed and breakfasts and have not experienced anything like this. I was asked the second day if I needed anything and I asked for towels and was told to get my dirty towels and she would exchange them. I just assumed they would go in room and make bed and replace dirty towels.

Beautiful place to stay

Hidden Serenity was a beautiful place to stay! We were in the Kettle Moraine suite, which has a wonderful view of the woods behind the house. The room was great, the bed was large and comfortable. They even have Alexa in the room to play music, control the fan, etc. They also had a basketball/tennis court, and a hiking path (don't forget bug spray!). Breakfast was very nice, and they accommodated my wife's dietary limitations (gluten and dairy) - just tell Sally ahead of time and she will work within your limits. We'll be back!

A Great Getaway!

This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast, and we really enjoyed it! Sally and Chris made us feel right at home. The accommodations were very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Our room had a beautiful view of the woods and the surrounding area was very peaceful. We enjoyed a hike right on the property too.

Hidden serenity get-away!

Our stay at Hidden Serenity was a wonderful experience. Upon arriving on the property it was clear why it is called Hidden Serenity, and during our stay it lived up to its name. The accommodations were beautiful and everything was nicely done. The owners are great and prepared a fabulous breakfast to enjoy outside on the deck. The trails on the property are an extra bonus! Everything was wonderful, it was truly a Hidden Serenity experience!
