“The property is nothing like depicted on Expedia or any other travel site. It is misleading. The facilities are less than average. Everything is old and falling apart. The bathroom we had clearly hasn’t been updated in decades. While the room was an acceptable size, the wardrobe was small, very old and had doors that didn’t close. The pool is small, dingy and dirty. The provided breakfast was disappointing. The location is a 15 minute walk from Duval Street which is the main drag of the area....

“From the time we got there the staff were welcoming, the rooms were amazing, the pool was warm and we just relaxed. It’s nice and quiet off one of the main streets and very walkable to all places. We only were there for 2 days because we were trying a few other Keys but we already decided we are going back next year for a week. ”

“There is a nice garden near by, and also the waste side beach and Duval street is at a 9 minutes walk give or take.”

“Our room was clean and bed was comfortable . The property was clean, comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was a snack to start the day. We were able to walk to all our activities and the car was parked close by if we needed it. Only issue was the bar across the street on Sat night got louder as the night went on. This was reported to the staff but they didn’t seem to know what the rules were about loud music late in the night. Regardless, we would stay again and be prepared about late night music ”
