“시설을 깨끗하고 잘 유지되고 있어요. 그러나 일부 시설은 낡았고 물 수압은 약하고 스텝들은 친절하나 별로 도움이 되지는 않아요. 천장이 낮아 방에 머무는게 다소 답답하고 수영장은 좁고 그 주변 시설이 쾌적하지 않아요. 무엇보다 아침 점심을 아무것도 호텔에서 먹을 수 없으므로 줄서서 아침부터 나가야해요. 이게 싫은 사람은 정말 싫을 듯 해요. 2박에 3백 사십 가까이 줬는데 도대체 이렇게 왜 비싸야 하는지 모르겠어요. 저녁 메이드서비스도 없고 .. 포터도 없고 .. 그냥 부틱 호텔 같은 서비스일뿐 실망입니다. ”

“The Gardens was a like a hidden sanctuary in the midst of Key West. The hospitality was beyond reproach. The grounds were beautiful and well-kept. The sleeping room was clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and pool bar, the live music every evening, and the gentle breezes on our porch each evening. It will be our “go to” hotel (seemed more like a cottage untouched by time) whenever we visit Key West. Gracias for a memorable stay!”
