This was the WORST place I’ve EVER stayed at the lobby had no air the rooms were NOTHING like the pictures and the pool and hot tub were DISGUSTING!! I’d NEVER stay there again!!! Worst experience I’ve EVER had!! Spend the extra money to stay somewhere else!!!

Comforter was torn and in poor shape. Towel rack in bathroom fell off wall every time you hung a towel on it. Water pressure in shower was very poor.

Over priced for absolutely nothing to work and the staff knows it too. That’s why they’re so rude to you. I’ve never been treated like that. I cannot believe they are able to get away with running a business like that. My only guess is it’s because us from out of state come in and don’t know be warned this place is terrible

We had to arrive late on Saturday night and the after hours Manager Natalia was so helpful. She even called us prior to arriving to let us know that she was there to help us when we arrived. The Hotel was great. It was central to Duval Street and made it easy to find restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The staff was helpful in letting us know things to do in the area. We feel in love with Key West and hope to go back again. And we will stay at the Pegasus International Hotel.

I booked this hotel solely for location. Location is fantastic . Beyond that, 2 star hotel that charges $512 a night because it is on Duval Street. The only other good thing , it has its own private parking which is included a block away. It was a special occasion and we wanted to be on Duval.I wouldn’t do it again . I would stay at a nicer hotel ( for less money) and Uber instead.
