First day there, I arrived at around 11pm and was shocked to see the office (Check in counter) was already closed. Was told by the security guard to leave 500baht with him just so I can get my room keycard. Water heater not working, didn't ask for repair i leave early morning and back late night hence need to freeze out from the chill water twice a day lol.."
