My room was spotless and the cleaners made some adorable shapes out of my towels when they changed them Only minor gripe was there was insufficient areas down in reception to either sit down and chat or do some work- unless you went to the onsite coffee shop."

"This is a very clean, quiet, and co portable place to stay in the heart of downtown kigali. They offered great pickup service from the airport and a nice breakfast spread. The room was comfortable. Only complaint is that the room was super stuffy at my 10 pm checking and therefore it never cooled down enough to sleep comfortably."

"Every year when I bring teams to Kigali we always stay at the Urban. The staff and accommodations are top notch and the Bistro restaurant is always a favorite. When you have large teams it is hard to make everyone happy, but the Urban and the Bistro are a hit!"

"Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price....

"部屋は毎日とてもきれいに清掃してもらい大満足。何か依頼すると、基本的にはしっかり対応してくれるので気分が良い。 なお、シャワー室のシャワーコードから水が漏れていて使い勝手が悪かった。夕方外出先から帰りシャワーを浴びたかったが、その日だけお湯がでなかった。ベット横の電源ソケットに不備があり、ソケットがはまらず、滞在期間中使用できなかった。ベット右側上のライトが宿泊期間中ずっとつかず使えなかった。定期的に水回りや電気系統の点検をして、故障している部分はしっかり補修しておいてもらうとさらに快適に過ごすことができる。 また、朝食時に席を外して他の料理を取りに行っている間にすべてが片づけられてしまい、他のテーブルに座り直したり、他のテーブルからナプキン、食器類を取りに行かなければならないことが何度もあった。あまり長い間、朝食会場にいるなというような感じでとても気分を害した。スタッフも早く片づけたいと思っていて、気持ちは理解できます。お客様の様子をしっかりうかがいながら食器類の片づけは行うべきである。基本的には貴ホテルが好きなので、次回宿泊の際は、こうした点が改善されていることを期待しています。"
