Being across the street from Kam III was nice! The pool and hot tubs were clean and a short walk from our room. The drive to the bars and restaurants in Kīhei was only a few minutes even with the detour around the Kīhei partial road closure. The AC in our unit struggled to get below 75 at night. The loft only had a portable fan making it uncomfortable for sleeping. If you sat on the patio while AC was running you were blasted with hot air from the condensers. We had to rotate some food items from the fridge to freezer and back to the fridge to keep it from spoiling.

Room was nice and had what we needed. Hot tubs and pool were great. Gym area was nice but small especially when several people wanted to use it. Biggest issue was the EV charger on the property. The company that runs it are a bunch of crooks. Property in general was nice and close to the beach.

The apartment was well furnished with appropriate bedding, fans, couch, chairs, beach gear, etc. The kitchen was a little sparse. It would have been hugely helpful to have a couple more dish towels, aluminum foil and tupperware. Parking for multiple cars was easy, the internet was strong for remote work and the view from the deck was amazing. Overall, the unit was very comfortable for a group of 8 and staff were incredibly helpful.

We love the location and the rooms are nice. We felt it was a little dirty. The staff all were very nice and accommodating. We let them know about the cleaning and I’m sure they will take care of it. We would stay here again.
