The grounds staff were incredibly friendly and waved at us everyday and kept the property looking very nice. I would say my unit needed a little bit of upgrading. It seemed rather dated sort of 20 years old but it was very clean

The place is awesome to stay. Exactly as described and in pictures. Easy access to beach. Will definitely stay here again when i ever come back to Maui. Kona storm hit during our stay. Although there are concerns of flooding in Kihei, but got no issues at this place.

We loved our stay at the Maui Kamaole 100%! It was everything we could ask for in a guest experience. Beautiful condo! Privacy and relaxation were abundant! Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with all questions and concerns. The grounds were very beautiful. It’s close to shopping, highways, beaches and restaurants. We would recommend it to anyone and will probably return again!

The location is very convenient. The management is also very easy to communicate with. And it is surprising that they provide all the equipment you need for a vacation here. Very considerate.

We have stayed at another condo at this property before and loved it so we decided to stay again. This time we had a bigger group and chose a different condo to accommodate. It was a great size and we loved the location. The condo had plenty of space and very close to Kamaole I, II and III. The one thing that we didn't like were the tiny ants in the kitchen. We're aware that ants live everywhere but it was still disappointing when they ended up in one of the cereal boxes.

Great place to stay! Great location!

This vacation home was comfortable and clean. It is a little bit dated but we were still very happy staying there. The location is perfect as the beach is just across the street, and there's plenty of shopping & fun places to eat right off the main street. My kids loved the large balcony and comfortable feel of this condo. The emailed confirmations were great also! The only issue we had was the washing machine. It is extremely loud.

Beautiful condo! Perfect for a family of six, three beautiful beaches at walking distance and quite and nice neighborhood! Kihei was not my first option but after this trip I would reserve here again. Very centric for most attractions! The only thing we needed was a bigger dinning room for the six of us to eat together! We used the patio that had enough seats and it worked out! I recommend these condos

The shower in the 2nd bath by kitchen shower head was like razor blades!!! Horrible!!! Painful!! Check in for vehicle was ridiculous! Couldn’t register my car!! Than threatened I’d better do it. I tried and tried.Patio by bedroom couldn’t open door to sit out there! Not cleaned. Would have Been nice to sit there for breakfast meal.

Family of 4 with 2 kids, 9 and 7 yrs. 4 nights. The good: Location is amazing. Condo unit backs up right up to the pool so that was amazing for our kids. Unit is also closer to the main road so it’s a short walk to the beach across the street. Unit is spacious with the basic necessities. Ample washing pods for laundry which is really great. The unit is also stocked with beach amenities like chairs, toys, umbrellas, towels, pool noodles and cooler. The condo is an older one which we didn’t mind at all. The property grounds are well kept. Parking is really close and has visitors parking for friends. They also have a rinsing station by the parking to wash off the sand before going into the condo. Check in was easy. Everything was provided to us via email and text. There some confusion about our parking spot but I figured it out the spot # is provided after you register the car or if you go into the unit first. The registration office can also let you know but we arrived after they closed. Things to improve: As mentioned, communication about parking spot would make check in flawless. Showers could use a refresh as we prefer a stronger one especially trying to wash off the sand. The Murphy bed could use tightening as it rattles when you move while sleeping. It woke us up at night. What impacted the rating the most are the tiny ants(?) that were all over the kitchen. We also saw a few roaches 1st and last day. I heard that’s common on the island?

Stayed here almost 2 weeks with my family of five and it was one of the best stays we've had, and we travel quite a bit. We stayed at condo one of the K condos and it was stocked with EVERYTHING! All you have to do is get the groceries you need along with extra toilet papers/paper towels and you're good to go! The condo is large (2bed, 2 bath), which was perfect for our 3 children whenever they needed their space. They have 2 pools, which were also awesome. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well kept/maintained. Location-wise, it is close to the beaches, restaurants, food trucks, pharmacy, grocery stores all within a less than 10-minute drive. Maui Rental Group was easily accessible by email and phone (although we used email as correspondence mostly). Check-out time is 10am but they were kind enough to give us a complimentary 12-noon check-out due to our late departure flight that day. I absolutely recommend Maui Kamaole by Maui Rental Group and would for sure return if we're ever in Maui again! Mahalo!!
