"We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. Days before our check in we were informed of the procedure for arriving after hours, a pick up was arranged and we were set up in our hotel after with absolutely no issue. The water was wonderfully hot for showers, the kitchen well set up for our needs and the bed and linens of excellent quality. We will continue to use Holo/Mersey any time we are in a city where they are also located and would recommend them to any travellers in those cities be it one day or one month. "

"The hotel and room are nice and clean. The room have extra amenities like iron and iron board, heated toilet seat and bidet. The staff are very nice and resourceful. Highly recommend this hotel. Only one thing for the hotel to improve on is better variety with breakfast buffet food items."
