"I want to say that Tania, the daytime front desk manager, was great. I had an emergency come up while staying there and had to leave early Saturday morning. I wasn’t able to make it back in time to check out but she secured my room and personal belongings and held the room for me another day over the phone and was very understanding of the situation until I could get back that afternoon and pay for another night’s stay. Great staff and I will stay here again soon. "
