Came down to Houston for the World Series Classic games with my dad and we both enjoyed our stay! Check-in and check out was quick and simple, not to mention breakfast and stay was excellent in a nice clean room!

The room was very nice and the staff was excellent. Very friendly the hotel was clean breakfast was nice and coffee was hot and fresh. If i stay in Houston again it will be here. The only thing I see that can be improved is the shuttle from the airport. I had to call to get them to pick me up. Needs to be put on website for customers to call ahead of flight.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean. I was extremely impressed with the quality of this hotel. Everything from the time I checked in until I checked out, was A+. If you are from out of town and worried about the gamble of finding a nice, clean, friendly and quiet hotel, you will not be disappointed with this one. I highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. My check-in was very efficient and quick. My room was spacious and very clean. However, the shower is very small. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel for 3 nights, but there were a couple of problems. On one morning, my wife and I had to take cold showers because there was no hot water. During my last 2 nights, the fire alarms continuously sounded on several occasions very early in the morning. To say it was very frustrating is an understatement. Other than the cold showers and sleepless mornings due to a loud horn, our stay was pretty good.
