"This is a really nice place right in the center of town. My room was bright and airy. It was super clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. At checkout, there was even a $2 mistake they made and I was contacted immediately with an apology. For $2? The staff is great. Oh and by the way, they're dealing with a mess right now. Their professionalism is fantastic. I hope to see you all again soon. Hopefully in peace time."

"This is one of the top places to stay in Lviv. Brand hotels may and can match most all amenities, but never the character of the facilities nor the ambiance. Clean, comfortable, and cozy warm in the -6 C, snowing evening. Professional reception gave us accommodation perfectly. "

"Welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful building and warm and cosy room whilst outside temperature was far below zero. Very comfortable pillows and a great bed. Very quiet over night so slept undisturbed. Great collection of choices for breakfast and view over the town centre from the restaurant. Plenty of parking space available. The hotel has it's own power supply and heating. There is also a shelter below the ground floor. Highly recommended hotel. Very close to the centre of the town. "

What about you?" -- How can Expedia make such blatant mistakes?-Urban Hotel is nice, -one of the better hotels I've stayed at here in Ukraine.-But they don't offer breakfast. You can buy a cup of coffee for 20 hyrivnias. Expedia should do a better job sending out messages to travelers on trips.-"
