This is a nice hotel for a good value. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful including hot items. Everything was clean and tidy at all times. My only disappointment was the jacuzzi was not usable, and I was looking forward to a relaxing soak. But the pool was nice. I would stay here again.

Clean the room. Floors need to be swept and mopped. There was a spider I killed this morning, so pest control is a priority. The door gaskets need to be replaced on many of the rooms and that will help with the bugs. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly, which is part of the reason I have been staying here for about 3 mths for work.

Horrible mildew smell. The room was extremely damp, to the point where we couldn't leave our clothes out because they'd be wet by morning. The microwave was disgustingly dirty. However, the tub & sheets (not including the cover) were clean. And the location is great. Close to shopping and restaurants.

No mention that the pool was not in use due to Construction. Breakfast was pretty good and well stocked. All was fine in room when I stepped into the shower and looked up, the white ceiling was mostly black which I am positive mold. Unacceptable

The staff was friendly upon check in. They had even baked cookies as a welcoming gift, although we did not try them they looked tasty. The room was very clean-- the linens, bathtub and sink. The air-conditioner worked well. The bed was super comfy. The continental breakfast was great because there was a choice of about anything you would want. The TV was a nice size and worked well. We liked that it did not have carpeting because carpet is mostly a haven for dust and allergens. We don't have it in our home and in turn don't like it away from home so this was a great plus for us. This hotel is rather large with lots of rooms. It is also well landscaped.
