Rooms were clean and chic. The pool was great. Customer service from the servers at breakfast was okay and cordial, but not the most welcoming experience. Biased attitudes and seemed angry every morning (we were there for 4 nights). The front desk staff, security, and porters were great. Very professional, friendly, and unbiased. 10/10 recommend, even though the customer service at breakfast was undesirable.

Good.just typical. The room is clean. But when we arrived there is no water. The towel bar handle is damaged. The AC is old and will take time to cool. The TV speaker is not good as tv is old. The place is quite. Breakfast food is fine but not satisfactory. Secured hotel though. We bought drinks on the bar like water and soda, price seems overcharge as the staff changed the price in the middle of us paying.
