I love the stay but they need to fix the AC in the main room and also put AC in the living room

Location is great and secure. We were on the 3rd floor and thre is an elevator but there is a long flight of stairs to get it. Both Bedrooms are air-conditioned but they have a sensor that turns them of if the doors are left open longer than 3 minutes and also seems to go off if there is no movement for a period of time. The living room and dining room area is VERY HOT and only has a fan. TV seems to have good channels but is only in the living room, none in the bedrooms.

The property look run down compared to its pictures. Ac is only in bedrooms, 1 bedrooms ac was leaking A LOT. Definitely wasnt worth it! Went to wipe the floor and looked like it hadnt been swept in months!

The apartment was central, the picture made it look way better than it is. There was a round table covered with the old time plastic and an old dirty looking brown sofa in the living room, the curtains looks cheap. Two different type of tiles on the floor . The beds hard especially in the room with the two twin bed. The bathroom in the queen bedroom the faucet was falling off and was leaking . I was going for a funeral and was only spending three nights so I had to tough it out. Needs serious upgrades.

Didn’t like the air condition system . No AC in living room . AC in bedrooms go on and off during the night. Kingston is too hot not to have 24 hr AC.

I liked the location. The apartment however was under construction..The kitchen and bathroom cupboards stored paint and other chemical supplies..The closets stored barrels, the doors are all dirty. The bathroom odor is worse than any septic. It scent disturbs your rest especially at night.. The shower curtain is mouldy.. There is no washing facility in the apartment, there is filthy dark hole on the ground floor for tenants to pay JA$400 to wash and JA$400 to spin your clothes because they are far from dry.. The apartment needs much work to be done.. It is hazardous and unsafe .

I like the location of the property, it was surrounding by hot spots and amenities. This is my 2nd time staying at this property and i like it. The care taker Mr. Hall was wonderful. The only thing I did not like was the contact information provided on Expedia was incorrect. Which ended up causing some communication issues.
