"My stay at Hampton by Hilton Bath was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, especially Lily. Nothing felt transactional, every interaction, whether at reception or during breakfast, came with a smile and a willingness to help, which made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. The facilities were modern, well thought‑out, and maintained to a high standard. The lobby and communal areas had a fresh, contemporary feel, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you’d expect for a smooth stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, spotless rooms, beautifully kept bathrooms. One of the standout features is the location. Situated right in the heart of Bath, the hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the city. Everything was genuinely within walking distance, from charming cafés and great restaurants to iconic attractions like the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, and the Thermae Spa. It made getting around effortless and enjoyable, allowing us to soak up the city’s beauty without needing transport. Overall, Hampton by Hilton Bath delivered comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. A brilliant choice for anyone wanting a clean, friendly, and perfectly located base to explore this stunning city."

"We stayed one night while we were in Bristol for a show at the Hippodrome. It is an older hotel, but a comfortable stay with convenient car parking. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many sites and places to eat. We had a good size, clean room. The bed comfortable and showers hot. We really liked the white company toiletries, and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. Would be happy to stay if we are in the area again."

"The hotel one of the best in Bath and it was not our first visit. The hotel has a fine ambiance - maybe some redecoration is needed- a good pool - attentive staff - and a great British Breakfast! Good parking and a good walk into Bath"

"My room was excellent very clean air conditioning was perfect the only down side is the room is very small you enter asmal corridor and bathroom on the left side then the bed occupies the rest of the room which mean no food in the room u less you will eat on the bed .the tv was amazing location and size ."
