"Upon arriving at the hotel, there was trash outside the front entry and it looked dirty, which was not very welcoming. Inside the staff was very welcoming and the room was clean, had tea and coffee in the room, and a shower bathroom. We were only in Bath for 1 day and the hotel was conveniently located (very walkable) to enjoy all the sights Bath had to offer. Other than the first impression, our stay was very good."

"We stayed one night while we were in Bristol for a show at the Hippodrome. It is an older hotel, but a comfortable stay with convenient car parking. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many sites and places to eat. We had a good size, clean room. The bed comfortable and showers hot. We really liked the white company toiletries, and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. Would be happy to stay if we are in the area again."

"The hotel one of the best in Bath and it was not our first visit. The hotel has a fine ambiance - maybe some redecoration is needed- a good pool - attentive staff - and a great British Breakfast! Good parking and a good walk into Bath"

"My room was excellent very clean air conditioning was perfect the only down side is the room is very small you enter asmal corridor and bathroom on the left side then the bed occupies the rest of the room which mean no food in the room u less you will eat on the bed .the tv was amazing location and size ."
