There is evident pride in the work these employees do at this resort. While the resort is isolated, coming from the business of Ubud Center, this resort was a tranquil oasis. As a local taxi driver put it, “they treat you like kings (and queens) in there.” We enjoyed our pool suite villa, and took advantage of the two excellent restaurants in the hotel, with Apertif one of the best in Ubud. Tip: don’t skip the welcome drinks at the Apertif bar, easily one of the best with old-world decor oozing speakeasy vibes. Daily free hotel activities for guests, golf carts taking you from your room to anywhere on hotel property, and stunning views morning and night make staying here a 10/10 vacation experience. "

"Staff very keen to please and food was beyond superb . Only issues are spa is nearly impossible to access unless you are super fit and inclinator not working , a rack for towels outside would be handy and the bathroom products did not live up to the quality of everything else "
