"I found Splaisir Yokohama to be lovely and comfortable. The check in staff was exceptional. The room was clean and relatively spacious. I enjoyed coffee and pastries at The City Bakery located in the lobby. The location was extremely convenient to Yokohama train station as well as excellent shopping. I highly recommend and would gladly stay again!"

"The Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel is a hidden gem in my opinion. The location is fantastic (a few metres from Shin Yokohama station) and there are great shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff could not have been friendlier and service was excellent. The rooms were huge by Japan standards and well equipped with a lovely sitting area. We booked two adjoining rooms for the family. Overall I would definitely stay here again and I thought for the price the hotel was amazing!!"
