We enjoyed our stay at Coachman inn. Walking distance to all surrounding amenities including kittery outlets, trading post, dunkin, ice cream shop, candy shop, walmart and target just across the new hampshire bridge! Staff were super helpful and friendly even allowed us to check in 3 hours early. If we really had to be picky our only complaint is if we stayed here more than one night and had to use the shower it wasn’t the cleanest. Nothing extreme just some hair in the shower. Over all would stay here again

Good place for a low cost quick overnight close to outlets. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super comfortable bed and no issues! It’s just an older property so if you’re expecting fancy, this isn’t it.

Location was good for shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy, but getting on main road was awful. The room: Smelled funky. Sheets were clean (blue light checked), bed not comfortable though. Furniture was pretty shabby. Bathroom had a disgusting tub. Outside area had VERY sketchy people hanging out, who seemed to be long-term guests. I do not recommend this place. The price was cheaper for a reason!

The Coachman Inn offers both interior‑corridor and exterior room access, which is convenient. The property is older, but the rooms are surprisingly large and nicely furnished. Parking is right outside each room, though the lot has definitely seen better days and has quite a few potholes. That said, the rooms themselves are extremely comfortable and immaculately clean. For the price, it’s a solid value, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Our room smelled like piss/sperm and weed on the bedsheets, so my wife and I told the front desk and he gave us room 10 which was close to the front desk which had 2 queen beds and it was much cleaner and smelled a lot better than previous rooms. I think they take care of certain rooms a little better than other rooms.
