"This hotel is an absolute gem. It has the ability to feel like an old world resort, but modern at the same time. The attention to detail is the definition of understated luxury. Everything from the bath towels and water pressure, to the finishings show that this is a property that cares. Fantastic staff (Christian D. in the restaurant was a phenomenal waiter) and food. The breakfast and dinner services were outstanding. Also outstanding was the spa. Nothing beats heading to the heated outdoor...

"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...

"Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

"Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal von Anfang bis Ende so dass man wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben ist! Dass Hotel top und Essen fein ist, muss gar nicht mehr erwähnt werden ;) Danke auch dann Hermann den Saunameister, der mich hier das erste Mal beim Eisbaden im See, der sich direkt beim Hotel befindet nach der Sauna begleitet hat!"

"The front staffs had attitude. They did not like to kindly explain about the facilities. I requested the dinner reservation but our table was not booked so we had to wait for an hour. (The restaurant staffs were nice though)."
