When we arived the heater for the pool wasn't working but the staff member said they called the maintenance guy to come fix it because they had a lot of guest wanting to swim. "Very clean room, Extremely friendly employees, and the amenities were awesome. We walked through the enchanted forest which was the coolest thing I've ever seen in a hotel! We used the fire pit outside with the wood that was available and were able to have a little fire and watch the stars while listening to the enchanted forest music (BEST EXPERIENCE)! Will definitely be back! "
