"The hotel has a fantastic location right next to the canal, and the staff were very kind and attentive. However, accessing the elevator requires going up some stairs, which makes it less convenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Although I stayed in a Junior Suite, the canal view was not as good as expected, which was a bit disappointing."

"Great! Everything was up to par! staff were great hotel and rooms were clean just overall service was great. the environment as well was nice: big lobby, courtyard, and location was great. felt very walkable everywhere! would recommend!"

"사진 그대로의 룸. 체크인시 문제가 있어 직원도움을 요청했지만 대처가 잘안됐고, 그후 안좋은 표정으로 충분한 안내도 안해줘 묵는동안 불편한점이 많았음. 직원들 교육은 필요한듯. 그 외에는 출장시 혼자 묵기에는 갠찬았음. 단 둘이 사용하기엔 너무좁음...엄청나게 청소가 잘되어 있진 않으나 침구는 깨끗해보였고 욕실도 물때가 있긴했지만 아주 더럽진않았음. 근데 너무 편의시설이 없음. 물컵 하나도 없음..아예 전무하다고보면 됨. 조식은 평범했으나 물가생각하면 싸고 먹을만함. 위치는 좀 애매한게 중심가까지 걸어 20분정도라 저녁에 돌아올땐 힘들었음. 근데 호텔비 생각하면 정말 한숨나오는 컨디션숙소임...행사기간이라해도 넘비싸네요..물가가 정말 살인적으로 느껴짐"

"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldn’t find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, it’s very noisy, and when you close them, it’s hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"처음엔 외곽이라 불편하지 않을까 싶었지만, 중심부를 도는 M3 지하철 라인이 인접해 있어서 교통이 정말 편했어요. 쿠킹할 수 있는 도구들과 그 외에 편의시설들도 잘 갖춰져있고 깔끔해요. 소통도 바로바로 되는 편입니다! 너무 만족한 숙소였습니다:) "
