I had a fantastic stay! The room was comfortable the staff were incredibly friendly. Didn’t know about $200 deposit for locals until I got to hotel, knew about the $100 that is posted on hotels.com. Review will be edited depending on whether my deposit is returned or not.

The sheets and bed were clean as well as most surfaces. The shower was very good. Hot water right away and good water pressure. All the appliances worked. However, they were old and stained on the outside. The microwave was from 1999. There was a fan hanging down from the stove and an old a/c controller hanging loosely on the wall. I'm not sure when the carpet was last washed. It had an old style lobby and if no one was at the desk, they wanted you to go out to the entry area and use the phone there. Large amounts of paint was missing in the hallways where their laundry carts had scraped the walls.

This is an older property, but it definitely felt dirty and smelled. Holes all in my curtain, no hand soap in bathroom or trashcan, no hair dryer. Walked around without shoes in room & bottom of my feet were dirty. Bed slept fine & A/C kept room cooled.

Amazing staff in every way. Just very in need of touch up’s and cleaning. Our room was a pet friendly room and smelled so bad we almost couldn’t handle it. We roughed it out for the price, but that with the full timers living there was enough where we wouldn’t recommend unless a quick pass through.
