Comfort Inn & Suites Knoxville West
This hotel needs a renovation. Dark, dirty, musky. The lighting is bad, ventilation on bathroom non existent. Breakfast was not good either or visible - we weren’t sure where it was and no staff told us.

It was all ok. Food could be better. Waterpark was fun but crowded.

elevator was broken. bathrooms were in rough shape. no soap, provided only body wash to wash hands in bathroom. linens and towels were clean.

THE TENNESSEAN Hotel
The AC in room only got the bathroom and entry way cold we had it set on 65 and could not feel the AC in the bed. The hot water in shower was hard to control and could not get it hot
