Modern hotel w/ excellent AC next to the beach and have the roof-top swimming pool. Breakfast was appetising and varied and the staff were always friendly and most welcoming. Housekeeping staff deserve special praise for their work was excellent and above expectations.

Erawan has a uniquely super friendly staff from reception upto their manager. The rooms are clean and smells good. Bathroom works well. They even gave me lots of gifts before I left like tea, water and coconut water.

Kann man machen. Für den Preis ist aber deutlich mehr drin. Hotel an der Hauptstrasse (nicht tragisch) und gleich nebenan eine Bar mit Livemusik (laut bis weit nach Mitternacht). Am Pool auf dem Dach gibt es keinen Schatten, der kann nicht genutzt werden. Das gute Frühstück rechtfertigt nicht den hohen Preis.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel in Top Lage an der Withe Sand Beach. Super freundliches Personal. Große Zimmer modern eingerichtet mit großem Badbereich. Leckers und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Sky Pool mit traumhafter Sicht auf die Beach. Das Hotel könnte aber eine Renovierung in machen Bereichen in den nächsten Jahren vertagen. Leider war auch die Poolbar nicht in Betrieb.

Otroligt lyxig service och artig personal. Fick iste så fort man satte sig och extra frukt innan maten. Skickade med picknick när vi skulle resa i väg. Rent och fräscht. Bästa hotellet på Koh Chang. Vi har provat några stycken.

Trevligt hotel men motsvarar inte priset. Hotellet ligger inte vid stranden och har inga solstolar på den. Vill man bo vid stranden rekommenderar vi flera väldigt fina där. God frukost men trång matsal. I vårt rum luktade det mögel. Sängarna var väldigt hårda.

The manager told me I was the first Expedia Customer so I felt I should write review. This hotel is great: clean spacious rooms, good wifi, great breakfast, friendly staff , good location. Would recommend.

Nice hotel, very good staff and good food

We stayed 5 nights in Erawan and we were very pleased to the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We spend a lot of time in roof pool with nice drinks. Have to say that hotels restaurant is exceptionally good! First we tried to find other places to eat, but found out little bit too late that Erawans hotel restaurant is the best!
