"Very convenient and the room quiet big and more space at balcony ...only one thing...as I requested early check in 12pm but when I arrived there the staff said u can’t check in until 2pm...would be nice if they inform me earlier you requested earlier check not be able to do so...a part from that great!!!"

"No one at checking for 45 mins then said room was not ready although it was 17:00. Room basic but bed comfortable.Told to use 2.4 WiFi connection but was not stable so used 5G and that worked well same password for both."

"I booked and paid for a Delux room with pool access. On arrival they only had a standard room available. They claimed that your web site overbooked the room. After 3 days they agreed to move me to a Delux room but without direct pool access."

"No lift wanted to put me on top floor finally gave me a first floor room but there were stains on furniture,bedding bathroom including mould broken trim and tiles ,rust on all taps that needed discaling.a varnish bottle on floor phone in draw not connected no bath and asked about tv not connected he said problems with tv .no means of making a drink in the room .stopped there one night out of 5 and went to check out at 9.30 next day and had to wake manager who was asleep on settee and cats...
