This is a good hotel, the space is kept up and the room is contemporary, easily arrived at from the Sannomiya stop. Nothing wowed me, but nothing to suggest you shouldn't stay here.

Very convenient close subway, the staff very friendly helpful, extremely polite , love my room # 711 , nice hot water, love window we could get fresh air. Love APA HOTEL , stay in Tokyo, Hiroshima, Kobe and Osaka with Apa Hotel. The only problem in Apa hotel, I am from Canada no english map for tourists.? Management should order english map for tourists sorry can’t speak japanese , I should only speak french, English and spanish. Tks Apa Hotel

If you find the right way is less then 10 mins to reach the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, easy check in. Room is really small, you may find it difficult to move around with a big luggage. We stay for a night without luggage hence quite alright for small build like us. Less then 5mins walked you are at the shopping district with major brands. Transportation are easily accessible,15-18mins walk to Nankinmachi which is a Chinatown. Overall I would still recommend the stay.

Nice and close to Sannomiya station.

No complaints. Nice and a close walk to some very packed plaza’s, fashion houses, and eateries. Very slight damp odour in the bathroom, but would happily stay again.

Not a great experience honestly. I have stayed at other Apas and they were way better. If your not a smoker then not a great start to look at this one. No iron, and laundry machine was broken.
