"Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough."

Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"Amazing location! My family of four stayed for five nights, in a room with four beds. We went to universal studios two days, Osaka Castle, Dotonbori and then hung around our local area to shop and enjoy. The train station is a short walk. The restaurants on level 8 is amazing and not too expensive. There is an arcade for kids on level 5 (i think) and amazing shopping all around. Highly recommend! "
