Make sure to buy the breakfast buffet - it is well stocked with western and Japanese food,.
The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Our floor (14th) had a water station by the elevator so it was very convenient to refill our bottles.
The Bloom Cafe offers free soda and coffee (lattes and cappuccinos too) as well as beer and wine for Y500 per glass (buy the tokens at the front desk).
The hotel is conveniently located near the Hommachi train station - make sure to walk to the Senba Center and Shinsaibashi for great shopping. The second hand market for handbags is amazing!
The area is super safe and very walkable with several small eateries nearby. There is also a supermarket a block away so very convenient.
