"The room was good, a little small but to be expected in central Osaka. The hotel itself is a 15min walk from the shops and station and there wasn’t a huge amount going on in the immediate area which was disappointing. Room cleaning wasn’t very good, our glasses and coffee cups weren’t even cleaned. It was ok, I would stay elsewhere next time"

"Modern hotel in Kitahama right off exit 3 of the Sakaisuji Line which has links all over Osaka, to Kyoto and Shin Osaka, and only a 45 minute train ride from Kansai International. The hotel is really well kept and clean, all the amenities you need to make a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The bar has a good selection of drinks and you receive a token for a free drink on arrival. There is plenty of food and drink places in the local area in particular Bar Nord directly opposite the hotel."
