"Excellent hotel, very close to park and city walk"

APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower

"Its not a resort. Bar open only in evening. 40 floor viewing area closed at best time in evening. Pool closed during 80 degree day. No place to sit except for a few chairs in front of laundry. Lobby ridiculously busy . Long lines waiting for check in and baggage and shuttle. Rooms ridiculously small. Great lesson learned, I avoided APA for next 2 bookings. Im not likely to stay again, unless in a pinch."

"From check-in everyone was really patient and friendly. Even though I don't speak a ton of Japanese, they were very accommodating and understanding. All the directions were clear and I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is near Lawson's and a bunch of restaurants. I didn't drive but it looked like there was plenty of parking as well."
