"We booked the family suite on the 4th floor and were absolutely more than happy with it! Despite some other units needing to share a 1st floor kitchen/bath, we had our own private bathroom and kitchen. It was perfect for our needs. The host was also very communicative, even proactively reaching out to assure we were taken care of regarding an issue that happened with the building. They even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Amazing hosts. Would definitely recommend if you're going with a family of 4-5!"

It wasn’t to our standard though and we did not use our breakfast vouchers for the second day. There are plenty of options in the hotel for a nicer breakfast and also 5min walk to universal walk that has Starbucks and cafes etc "
