They have a library cafe on the same level of lobby, can be used for free drinks/snacks from 10 - 24 (after paid breakfast service). Even during breakfast time (6:30AM ~) you can use coffee / hot water / microwave in this cafe for free (tell the staff that you just need these service). No microwave on other floors, or in the room.
Same lobby offers free luggage storage racks with locks, all self service, even after checkout. Very helpful if you have a late flight leaving Kobe and want to check around more."
