Top Susaki Station Hotel Reviews

Hotel Keihan Universal Tower
10/10 Excellent
"This was a family friendly hotel. The location was amazing for access to the park and the Universal City Walk lots to do. The hotel felt non personal, as we were there mainly for the park we checked in and that was about the extent of our interaction with the staff there. So it was more take care of yourself check in and out experience for us so the hotel didn't stand out in our mind other than great location and nice facilities. The room was adequate for a family of four for just two nights but we would not stay longer."

Oriental Hotel Universal City
8/10 Good
"The hotel lobby is not accessible through the street level. Walk in through the basement and head to the third level for the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Toiletry amenities are provided, even bathrobes and slippers! You can walk right out to the train station, universal city walk, and universal studios! Great for 1-2 nights!"

ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower
10/10 Excellent
"Location of that hotel was convenient to other amenities"

THE RISE OSAKA UNIVERSAL BAYSIDE
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at The Rise Osaka Universal Bayside! The self check-in process was simple and convenient, and the room was spotless, modern, and had everything our family needed. The beds were comfortable, and having extra space compared to a typical hotel room made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great for visiting Universal Studios Japan, and we also appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was after a busy day exploring Osaka. The rooftop onsen was a fantastic bonus and the perfect way to relax in the evening. One thing that really stood out was how responsive and helpful the staff were. Even though the property uses self check-in, they quickly answered our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. We also used their luggage delivery service, which made traveling so much easier. Overall, The Rise offered excellent value, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a stress-free experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka, especially families planning a trip to Universal Studios Japan."

Quintessa Hotel Osaka Bay
10/10 Excellent
"This place was amazing, maybe a little out of the way but the room is nice and big and price is well worth it."

HOTEL UNIVERSAL PORT VITA
10/10 Excellent
"Love this hotel, super clean and quiet. Perfect for a one night stay to be able to enjoy universal the next day!"

Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay
8/10 Good
"The hotel was great, and the room was super spacious. Be aware if you want to use the outdoor pool you need to pay for it. It’s about 45 dollars per person. And the same for the sauna bath. That was a bit of a surprise. The indoor pool was free and you need to reserve both if you want to use them. The hotel is located on the bay and while the shuttle is great, if you miss it you have to wait an hour. Getting to the hotel by transit is super easy and takes about the same amount of time. There were a few restaurants to choose from which was nice if you don’t want to venture into Osaka but they are pricy. And there was a Lawsen in the hotel to get sandwiches and bring them back to your room It was super family friendly, we were able to get a crib. Overall it was a great hotel and we may consider it again. It was nice to unwind after a hectic time in Tokyo."

Hotel Hewitt Koshien
10/10 Excellent
"Easy hotel , close to the stadium."

Hotel Vischio Amagasaki
10/10 Excellent
"I have booked and stayed at this hotel through Hotels.com many times, and this was by far the best check-in experience I have had. The staff were very polite, and everything was explained clearly. The only downside was finding a hair in the bathtub. I do not know if it was left by a previous guest, but it was a little disappointing. Since I did not want the hassle of looking for a place to eat early in the morning, I decided to add breakfast to my stay for the first time. At first, I thought the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and the plates were designed in a way that did not allow you to take large portions. However, by trying a variety of items in small amounts, I ended up feeling quite full. The curry in the morning was especially delicious and was a great way to start the day."
